Jeanette Abetrani Diyorio, APRN

Jeanette Abetrani Diyorio stands out as a bilingual certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, holding a Master of Science in Nursing from South University (Savannah, GA) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida (Tampa, FL). Her extensive experience encompasses leadership and clinical roles in emergency medicine, pediatrics, and medical and surgical acute care, serving both the Polk County and Highlands County communities.

With certifications in medical-surgical nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS), Jeanette exemplifies a commitment to excellence. Recognized as a Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB), she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

Jeanette's dedication extends beyond certifications; she is passionately devoted to enhancing community health through a patient-centered approach. Joseph Ghaly, MD

Dr. Joseph Ghaly is a highly experienced Family Physician with an impressive two-decade tenure in Central Florida. His medical journey began at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine, where he laid the foundation for his exceptional career. Completing his Family Practice residency at Mountainside Hospital in New Jersey, Dr. Ghaly honed his skills and knowledge.

In September 2017, a significant milestone was achieved with the completion of St Luke’s Health and Wellness Center – a cutting-edge facility that stands as a testament to Dr. Ghaly's commitment to providing top-notch healthcare. Since its inauguration, his practice has thrived, earning him the prestigious Best of Central Florida Family Physician Award every year since 2017.

Beyond his professional achievements, Dr. Ghaly finds fulfillment in various pursuits. A passionate reader, car enthusiast, and dedicated contributor to a non-profit church clinic, he embodies a holistic approach to life. Dr. Ghaly's dedication to both his patients and community reflects his unwavering commitment to the well-being of those he serves.

Tia Flowers, PA

Tia Flowers, PA, brings a wealth of expertise to her role as a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C). Holding a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Morehouse School of Medicine (Atlanta, GA) and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio (San Antonio, TX), Tia's educational background is as impressive as her clinical experience.

Her extensive clinical journey spans various fields, including Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and ENT Head and Neck Surgery. Tia is a certified provider of Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS), underscoring her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Licensed by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), Tia is dedicated to ensuring health equity for all, with a particular focus on serving military service members, veterans, and underserved communities. Outside of her professional endeavors, Tia finds joy in exploring the world through travel, immersing herself in the outdoors, and indulging in Netflix marathons. Her passion for culinary delights marks her as a dedicated foodie, and she cherishes her role as a loving dog mom.
